Who knows a company called Spruce Power? They do solar panels. Im buying a house with solar panels and owner said she owned outright but now they are asking me to sign an agreement that says its a 20 year agreement. Im assuming they dont own them at all but if anyone has experience with this let me know.

The agreement also says they charge $0.139/kwh
Trying to decide which solar provider is the right ...
