He is still in confinement will the State of California. Little Boris Christopher, is in Foster Care, and has been since October 2010, after he beat up his father, he was taken. Let’s forget the fact that Boris was, and is still a kid in confinement because he was kidnapped by his father.
Also let’s forget the fact that the parents were divorces, and had joint custody, and the judges and court system, of the birth and divorce took place in another state. The mother was not in the state, and was that taken in consideration? Not at all actions needed the mother was location, thought family friends that the minor son had been picked up by Children Protection Services.
Did Children Protection Services, do the right thing and call the mother to come and get her child? No that is not what the Riverside County Children Protection Services of Banning, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Monroe, and their practices. Locations where Children Protection Services the business of stealing kids for any reason, is just as good as any reason for removal from parents care. I do not know what you want to call it, but the crimes that are committed by the officers of this government agency never get address. Why not? I am going to take a minute or two to tell you the latest crimes that have been committed by Ben Brandon, Deborah Manning, Peter Bricarello,8172, Paulina of Catholic Services in Indio, CA is also includes as a member of this group as well. My gift to this very angry displace young man, needs the gift of release from confinement within the Children Protection Services. The damage that has been creating by this government agency should be address, and this is the beginning of getting this wrong corrected. How is it possible that this one government agency gets away with crimes against the minors, crimes against the parents, and crimes against the state, and nobody ever gets these crimes address? It is like they get away with it all the time. Instead this leads to a GOD LIKE/WANT TO persona, and that is the feeling that the officer of this government agency does. Once they are able it steal the kids from their parents (any reason will do), the things that they have in place, is a nightmare for all that get sucked in. They are not there to get the parents back with their kids. That is not their mission. Oh yeah, what is their policy for service?? They don’t need one. Steal the kids and kill their futures. Keep them away from their parents until they are eighteen, so we can get paid. Keep the kids from their parents, extended families, and their birthdays, steal them away from the church services and all the other memories that they kill when confined in the Children Protection Services. Their policy is to lie, and keep on lying, and they have the forms already preset to keep the kids in their confinement until they turn eighteen. All the states across the nation are okay with this. This is the system that is already in place, and occurs across the nation. We are talking just about Riverside County and the crimes that they have committed.
Here are a couple of facts to check, and reward the behavior in the actions that were taken, and reward with the normal way, in the same way anyone who had committed these crimes, and do the necessary paper ward to see that this happens. All I would like to see happen is to give the gift of release to Boris, Christopher, and have him returned to his mother, for his birthday. I know that is today, and it cannot happen in a day. Peter is responsible for going to the Veteran Administration in Loma Linda, California, and lying to break national security on government property, to gain information to use against the minor, to keep him in confinement as a ward of the state. Peter is also for making and writing comments to the point that the minors parents cannot even call to make inquiries about their minor son. Peter Bricarallo, and Deborah Manning of Shielding Palms Foster Care Agency in Indio, on Monroe state buildings, went to court and told lies. Check the record in Indio, CA around June 2011.Deborah Manning went to court on third party conversations and told lies. Here is one, birthday cake was cut with a butcher knife, and she was threatening by it? We have pictures of the knife use; please tell me how anyone can be threatened by a kid in the confinements of the jail like living in being a ward of any state? The phone calls is why she got a restraining order placed on this minors fathers to keep from listening to him fifty times a day. What would you do if you kid was stolen and you could not even call to ask where he was? You can’t call and ask what school is he in, you are not allow to have holidays with anybody in your life before confinement? You are not even allowed to have calls on a regular basis!!How can this be in the best interest of the minor? Does this system work in a manner to be rewarded? Does this system create health people in the long run? How come they are allowed to continue without any recognition for the work that they do? Everyone else is held accountable why not the Peters and the Deborah’s of this agency. I am sure that their actions are not limited to just this one case. This is just the only case that you were given a little more information to see if you can change this saturation. This is a case that could get better, but with this agency, the minor will be lucky to get an hour to do the birthday thing.
Just a few other crimes that have been committed to this minor while in confinement of Children Protection Services as a ward of the state, just to address a few that are known and reported on documents that were created in this case. Branded for Christmas 2010,-Hair was shaved with $$$$$$$ all over his head, as a gift from the foster parent to parents with the right to do from Peter Bricarello. Disregard the fact that the minors are not allowed to get hair cut without parent’s written permission. This written consent was not sought nor was it given, and the parents’ rights are not regards. Hair care products are not on the standard list of goods that are needed by foster kids. The boys have bared heads that are carved withe $$$$ to represent the money they bring to the agency. The kids lose their families, they lose their friends, they lose the dogs and cats, they lose their teachers also, friends and mentor others, that care more about them, that know them, and they get nothing to replace these losses. Why not????This minor was sexual attacked at the house of Julie Lee of Desert Hot Springs, and nothing was done. This minor was sexual attacked during the time in his second placement in Desert Hot Springs, in the next, sorry not yet, in Julie Lee house, the common reading material lying around was all about because a Hate Lord, Nazi Style, and the practice was to give the kids training in hate. How can this kind of treatment be in the best interest of the minor in question? Excuse me any minor that had to live in the house hold of Julie Lee of Desert Hot Springs, or Shastie Brenagh, also of the same town. These people were placed in the system of Children Protection Services at some point and the questions that need to be address at some point. What are those questions? You tell me. This is my part; in assisting in correct the wrongs that need to be made right.
According to the Children Protection Services of Riverside County, and Peter Bricarello-8172, with be the first to tell you that court orders are suggestions for them to consider to be used for their purpose to commit their crimes, so that they can keep on stealing kids. The court is made to keep the kids, because the reunited could be done without removal. Just because a kid has not learned to keep hands to his self when anger hits him, is not just cause for removal. It would have been prevented if the mother had be called and told a time period to pick up kidnapped kid, in their custody. But then there would not be able to keep minor. But this is the story of what did happen. Enough already, can he go home yet?
