Last year,2022, put my house on the market, sold in 5 days to a dyle making a move from Perris, $30,000 over asking price. House did not close, the real estate agent, wanted more money, third party, the solar company, wanted a midterm, which was $30,000, charges for me, and the buyer, but that did not happen.

Closing dated missed, agencgy ended after two months, the house, failed to close. No more papers to sign, no wet copies not send, transfer docoments, were not accepted, not received, after 10 months. Solar company, changed names, running cons for solar panels at Costco and Home Deport, the worst company in the nation.

Did not buy, did not lease, did not transfer, got my termination recorded when purchased, and 5 and a half years later, termination stands alone, transfer the termination, is what I told them. So I took my house, my balls, and waiting now, for hell  to freeze over, to get back to that shit. Hi, my name is Steven. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful words with the world. Your words truly spoke to me. The first half of what you said described my life thus far and the second part seemed to foreshadow what lies ahead for me. You get me without knowing me lol between that and how you write in general tells me your one of the very few people who have the privilege of truly seeing the world for everything it is, better and for worse. Jewish Family Services-(RAFT) (Vista)

I applied for the Jewish Family Service Recovery Action Fund for Tomorrow program, (RAFT) but haven't heard from them since I applied. I email them with my personal information, in May, to be considered for this lottery type program and if picked I would receive $4000. In June I did receive a email saying that I was chosen but needed to be further verified. This was broadcasted in our local news and I have contacted them but only get a recording.
